January empties

Yes, yes, I kinda know I am very late with this but … Time ran me over. And the pictures are really bad since my phone was broken and needed servicing. So let’s get it over quickly and hopefully not too painfully.

20150131_171124Avon Lily of the Valley Bubble Bath – No, I am not over bubble baths yet. This one has a strong floral scent and makes quite a lot of bubbles. And you get good quality for the price you pay.  I love a lot of product to put in baths and this bottle lasts me for about five baths. Not bad, not bad at all. Repurchase? I have some in other scents already.

L’occitane Amande Huile De Douche is a really lovely shower gel. It nurtures the skin and makes up for being lazy and not using a mosturiser after a shower. Since I am a bit lazy from time to time ( hahahaha, who am I kidding, I am the laziest person around sometimes) this was a nice solution for avoiding dried up skin. When you pour it out of the bottle it is like a thick oil but when it mixes with water it turns nice and foamy. I loved it. Repurchase? Quite sure but I have many things to use up before purchasing any shower gel.

Lush Rub Rub Rub body scrub  is a floral scented fine sea salt scrub and it is the best one from Lush if you ask me. The scent is appropriate for spring, summer, autumn and winter. It is quite exfoliating but it is not too aggressive to use on sensitive skin ( since I have I am really sure). A pot lasted me for two months or more with using it once per week.

The Body Shop Cinnamon Body butter was another of the cinnamon last year winter collection products. I am still sure it smells more like Coca-Cola than cinnamon but it might be that I am just that weird. I’d give it 6 points on moisturising part ( 1 being not moisturising and 10 being that gorgeous gooey best feeling on skin) but the smell was convincing. Repurchase? Long gone.

Lush Snow Fairy Massage Bar is a Christmas one again ( sorry, I know this is kinda late for reviewing the Christmas stuff but I am not sponsored so I need to earn money to be able to try it out trough to give an opinion. ) but it is the one that comes out almost every year. So it was very moisturising but OH SO GLITTERY! I picked it up at sales which means the holidays were already over and I walked around shining like a mo-fo-sparkling christmas tree. I adore Lush but the glitters on this one were way over head. Repurchase? No. Glitters. Yuck.

Soap & Glory Hand Food is one of the best hand creams I’ve had in a while. It smells like their Pink scent but I liked the sweet smell it left on hands. It was nurturing and even my boyfriend started using it. Repurchase? Yes, but they don’t sell it where I live. And it sucks.

Alverde Water mint and water minerals deo spray was… forgettable. I use it when my skin is irritated and I need to take care of it, i put some balsam first and deo spray over it. It has refreshing smell but I will probably forget I ever used it. Repurchase? Not sure.

Lush The Gun’ver deodorant I haven’t used all of it since it was shared deodorant since you apply it with hands and you can share it and the smell is fresh and meadowy so it is really unisex. If you like chemical smell, this one is not for you, since it is natural and smells like it. The smell is refreshing and you can smell some field flowers in it. It worked in the summer and it has no problem battling winter. We bought it in may and it lasted ( counts the fingers ) for at least eight months. 10 euros for a deodorant that lasts 8 months for two persons? Repurchase? We’re trying out the other smell right now, but I can already tell you this one is better so that is a yes.

Montagne Jeunesse Mud mask was quite nice but it didn’t make my skin any different. Repurchase? No.

Lush Brazened Honey face mask was the first face mask I bought since it is fresh and it is supposed to be used in three weeks or so? This one was nice and soft on the skin, it left my skin moisturised and glowing. And I used it when there was really cold outside and my skin gets really irritated and dry but it helped. Like a charm. Repurchase? Yes.

Avon Daily Cherry Hair refreshener was one of those products it stands in a bathroom for a long time and you use it from time to time but you can never really commit. It left my hair really nice scented but it did nothing else (actually I don’t  even know what it should to be honest).  Repurchase? No.

Figs and Rouge lip balms in rose ( nice floral scent but I really am not a fan of rose scents) , vanilla-orange ( warm and comforting smell with a little more orange which was awesome for me since vanilla is the other scent I am not too keen on), mint (it was minty. Obviously). All balms were nice and helped my chapped lips. Repurchase? Maybe when I go over a stack of lip moisturises I have at home.

20150131_170755Dolorelax cold patches – I used them to calm down my hurting muscles after a day of walking. It comes in facemasklike sheet form and really relaxes muscles. Repurchase? No idea.

Favn Herb massage oil also used for muscles relaxation. I used it after a day of walking and it helped my hurting legs. Repurchase? No.

Gillete Venus Proskin disposable razors again a product i tried due to my sensitive skin and since the disposable razors were on sale at the time I was buying them they costed like 1 euro for a razor. A razor with foam included. And it worked. My skin was nice and soft, I only made myself bleed once per shaving ( which is really good, I am clumsy). Repurchase? Not available in Slovenia anymore.

20150131_170727Skull Candy earphones so long my friend, we had good run. They were my companions for six years. I took them snowboarding, I used them at home… and then all the leathery parts ( the part at the ear and on top of the head) got all flakey and they were in a drawer for another year. So long. And they were a present from my sister which made them even more awesome. Repurchase? After I end mourning after these ones, yes.

Lidl Deluxe oils – I actually got a set with those for christmas. I gave one of the scents ( vanilla- it smelled really bad) to a friend, and here I have Winter and Apple with cinnamon scent. I use it to put it into little wooden balls on my radiators so they keep my flat smelling nice for a whole day.

Last but not least, teas and coffee.

First one is a Hofer winter tea this was with almond and cinnamon flavour. Not my cup of tea. ( Quite literally) The taste was a little bit too strong and bitter for me.

Cha Japanese Cherry a decent nice smelling green tea. Repurchase? Probably yes, I love floral green teas.

Cha Aida fruit tea oh my, yes, yes, yes. It has cornflower in it. And I love the smell and the taste of corn flower. I really do. Repurchase? Already have.

Cha Indian summer fruit tea was nice warm, but I think it would work even better as an ice tea. Need to try that out in summer. Repurchase? In summer time for sure.

Tchibo Cafissimo Caffee Crema mild No, no, no, all caffee crema capsules were a disapoint. I like espresso one tho. Repurchase? No.

Sales haul

So as I am cleaning out a lot of stuff I’ve used up it comes to a problem… I need/want more stuff to take its place. I mean look at my empties, there is like a billion products every time. I didn’t come around to using up many make-up products since I’ve been at home almost all of the time. 2015-01-12 20.49.11So what I got? Well, I got a coffee machine few days ago ( a friend didn’t need it anymore and she gave it to us) so we bought some capsules. I got them at Spar, where they sell Tchibo stuff ( and I am a great fan of the brand ) and I’ve bought every caffeinated style of capsules they had. I also bought some shirts which I use as undershirt and they make the best ones ever, I am using them since I can remember. (Maybe about five years or so). Anyway I recommend them.

I stopped at Orsay which has some great sales right now and I bought a t-shirt and a jumper.

At Tedi I got myself some oldschool candy since I saw them there and I hasn’t seem them in stores since 15 years or so ago when we bought them in Austria.

I treated myself to some Yankee Candle waxes. They were 20% or so off since those are seasonal. One is Apple wreath scented and the other is World Peace. I’ve used up both already, whoops.

Oh, and I stopped by Sports direct so I could get myself some trainer pants ( there is nothing more comfortable to wear at home) and a yoga mat.

And I’ve dropped by at Stenders . I’ve heard quite a lot about the brand but never really tested it. I have bought a deodorant since I am in search for a good one and a body butter with jasmine smell. They has everything about 40% off so it was a steal!

2015-01-12 20.50.09 2015-01-12 20.49.552015-01-12 20.49.41

Last but not least, I’ve been hounding around every single store that holds make-up just to find a dark-violet lipstick. And they had it in DM! Ain’t it pretty?

2015-01-12 20.51.03

So yeah, I didn’t go wild, I just picked up some things I really needed. Did you find anything good on sale?

Empties december edition

I know we are a bit past december but my winter really got me down this year. I’ve been ill 4 out of 3 months (yes, I do know what I wrote, and it is on purpose, I haven’t been feeling good or at least half heathy. Sorry for this rant, I’ve been worse than ever today.

So I’ve been spending most of the time at home since I was in no condition to work or do anything and it shows in empties as well. Drinking tea and having bubble baths every evening made me feel at least bit festive.

2015-01-14 10.26.50

2015-01-14 10.27.05Teas are my obsession. I’ve tried every one of Cha’s festive collection and they were great.

Christmas fruit tea is great smelling cinnamon and papaya flavoured tea.

Christmas green  tea is not online anymore but it contained some cloaves, pepper, orange and cinnamon and it was a perfect wintery green tea flavour.

Apple turkish yoghurt lime tea is one of my favourites. I haven’t drink it for a year or two since I forgot about it but now I am obsessed with it. Even bought the big bag after using up this small one.

Christmas apple is a nice soothing apple, cinnamon, cardamom and orange tasty one. Yum.

Granny’s garden is a tea that I know no one that would not love it. It is fruity and tasty and… awesome. I gave some of it to my friends as a present for christmas/new year since I know they all love it.

Cloud catcher contains apple, kiwi, sour cherry and cranberry and it makes a great afternoon-let’s unplug and read until we fall asleep tea. Not disappointed.

Last but not least is the Mueller Wild Strawberry tea. This is a piece of heaven on earth. One of the cafes where I go to get a cup of coffee or to chill or to work ( I am there quite a lot :$) is serving it and I when I found out that it’s this tea I went and got it for myself the same day. Whoops.

2015-01-14 10.27.15

Lush Veganese hair conditioner is one of my favourite   hair products I discovered in 2014. It makes hair all smooth and silky and leaves you with fruity smelling hair for day or two. It is vegan as well if anyone needs to know that :). I had the 500ml bottle and it ran out quite quick but we both used it and none of us knows that a bit of a conditioner goes a long way. It must be all over hair and a bit more and… not the most economic use. Repurchase? Yes, but after I use up American Cream.

The Body Shop Cinnamon shower gel is a part of last year collection but I used it up now since I wasn’t using it in the spring, summer or fall. It smells like coca-cola and it is nice and foamy but it did nothing for my skin. I need a bit more nourishing shower gels in the winter or else my skin gets all uptight and itchy. Repurchase? It was limited edition and I won’t cry over that.

Lush Aquatic toothy tabs. I was so intrigued since it claims to have jasmine and earl grey taste. I love both of those so what could go wrong? Well… I hate it. I left it all to Domen. Not my cup of tea. (pun, pun, pun!). Repurchase? I’ll stick to Atomic.

Lush Ocean salt cleanser is a nice peeling but it was too rough for my face so I ended using it on body. It’s a shame since I liked the smell and the feel. Repurchase? No. 😦

2015-01-14 10.27.19Lush Let the good times roll is the cleanser I’ve been writing about in october. I loved every single piece of this sweet popcorny madness. Repurchase? Yes, after I use up some of the stash I have at home.

Avon Mrs and Mr Frosty I saw in catalog and I loved that couple so much I just needed to have it. She is a nice spicy orange smelling lady and he is a glazed sweet apple gentleman. They looked so adorable in my bathroom. And they lasted me about five baths each. So foamy. So nice smelling. Repurchase? Limited edition. Sob.

2015-01-14 10.26.57Lush Christmas Hedgehog was a melty bubble treat. It smelled like lavender and orange and it was there for three uses. It left my skin hydrated and soft. Repurchase? Again…Limited edition.

Lush So white bath bomb was a sweet apple and bergamot scented white-pink coloured water delight. Why nobody told me how awesome bath bombs can smell? Why? O.o Repurchase? L.i.m.i.t.e.d. Argh.

And I got Whoop whoop gift box as a present. Thanks, Tjaša :**

Lush Northern lights is a stick which got some fuss in the beauty bloggers scene this season. I was quite intrigued but never got around just to buy it. Whoops. It is a special occasion to use this one. When I saw little stars coming from the inside it was pure magic but then they turned into little glitter and it was even better.

Lush Avobath always seemed a bit dull but oh my how good it smells. Bergamot and ylang ylang. Repurchase? Yes. (and finally an item that is not limited edition, it was quite frustrating to write same thing over and over again.)

Drummers drumming was there in november.

Brightside is one that I have not seen in our Lush. And it is by far the best smelling big bubble bar I’ve smelled. Oranges, lemones and a little zing. Perfect pickmeup after falling asleep and feeling like shit in the morning. Repurchase? Bring it here!

Fizzbanger is lemon! Apples! Cinnamon! The description said it calms anxieties and I must agree. Repurchase? Oui.

Some products are used up and I did not keep the packaging so…

Tender is the night massage bar  is a wedding of shea and jasmine. It leaves skin hydrated and soft. And I used it for what… 12 or so uses. Repurchase? More of it yes, please!

From dusk til down is a lemon and spices massage bar that is great to use if you need to feel energised and when you need to take over the world. Repurchase? Yes.

Full of grace is a serum bar. It hydrates the face and it leaves you all glowy in the morning. It is not a product to use if you hate oil on your skin and I must admit it was too oily feeling for me. Repurchase? Nah, I’ll pass.

November empties

2014-11-29 14.44.30

I have no time to do favourites so I’ll just empty the box with empties again. I have quite few products to show and so… here we go!

2014-11-29 14.46.48

Few eye products.

Essence Lash Base is a base for mascara. It is white and quite thick and covering. The base stuff is quite hard to get here, but I must say this one isn’t half bad. I remember having one better, but I cannot remember since it was quite a while ago. So for now I am sticking with this one. So if you don’t know how it works… You put it on like a mascara, look in the mirror and get fairly scared because your eyelashes are white and while is not dry yet you put on mascara.

Repurchase? Yes, and done. Until something better comes my way.

Catrice Glamour Doll Volume Mascara is one of best mascaras I’ve ever put on. I wrote about it here and I am obsessed with it.

Repurchase? A definite yes!

Essence Liquid Ink Eyeliner I’ve gone over so many bottles of this since I’ve started buying makeup that I should be a share holder at Essence. Just kidding. This summer I went for a waterproof version and I must admit I feel like it isn’t the same formula… Maybe it is just me but I felt thicker and harder to put on nicely. It has a great thin brush and even the least experienced ones can make a nice line with it. I know, I’ve been there ( still am to be honest :$).

Repurchase? Waterproof version probably not but the original YES!

Essence I love Style Liquid Eyeliner  I bought this one quite some time ago. If I recall correctly it was a special edition or something like that. Well since I love Liquid Ink so much I thought this one will be just as great. And oh, boy I could not be more wrong. It is really thick in consistency, it started to smell like alcohol after few months and a brush is a mess.

Repurchase? I am not crying that it’s not accessible anymore.

Essence You Rock Eyeshadow base is another one from trend collection and quite an old one for that matter. They have one other base on the shelves now, I love stage but it is different. This one has a light shimmer, it was nicely coloured so it made a nice white base and it really lasted whole day, no matter what happened.

Repurchase? I would.

2014-11-29 14.48.00

Lush Rose Jam is a thick, jam like shower gel with sweet rose scent and argan oil. I am a huge fan of Lush but this scent is not my cup of tea. This bottle is actually not this years but it was bought last year, and my friend K gave it to me since it made her skin itch. It does leave your skin hydrated but it is too smelly for me.

Repurchase: No.

The Body Shop Ginger Sparkle Body Polish is another last festive season product I finished. I always put them in a closed for a non-festive season, that is why I am finishing them up now. This smell is amazing. I have no idea why The Body Shop has decided to go with green apple this year but I hope the gingery-cinnamony smell will be back soon. It does its job great and it leaves you smelling all gingerman-ish?. Yum.

Repurchase: Yes, please bring it back next year.

Lush Sugar Scrub is also gingery but it is the messiest thing I’ve ever seen. I could only use it once normally, other times it was all gooey and annoying to use. It smells like fennel and ginger but I must admit I like both other scrubs in pots from Lush.

Repurchase: No.

Avon Violet Bubble Bath is a bubble bath with plenty of bubbles and violet smell, as the name suggests. It does have a bit plastic smell but it is not disturbing. It lasts for about 6 baths with mountains of bubbles.

Repurchase: Other scents.

Lush Drummers Drumming this was actually my boyfriend‘s pick. He loves the little jingles on it and I love it as well. It lasts a really long time, I still have some left so I’d guess it lasts for about six baths and it makes bubbles as well. Smells like strawberries, so many strawberries! Yum. A good value for it’s money for sure!

Repurchase: Might buy another one, yes.

Lush Karma Komba shampoo bar is not on the picture because I forgot to put the bag to my empties box. Whoops. So long story short, it is a shampoo bar, it lasts for more than three months with my middle lenght hair with three to five washes per week. It makes your hair smell like Karma anything and I am in love with that scent.

Repurchase: Maybe, but they have some new shampoo bars, so I need to try them out first.

2014-11-29 14.47.15

Lush Atomic toothie tabs is a toothpaste that is in solid state. And it tastes amazing. I’ve tried quite few of them and most of them are quite gross. I need just half a tablet because it makes your mouth sooooo foamy and it has quite strong flavour. For you who wonder how it works… You take a tablet, chew it up and go in with wet toothbrush and then it is like any other tooth-cleaning you’ve done.

Repurchase: Maybe.

Essence 6 in 1 studio nails file another product I’ve used so many times. It gives your nails great shine.

Repurchase: Already did it. Like million times.

Santoro pink lemonade fraganced lip balm Eclectic Collection was a bookshop buy. And I don’t know what was I thinking. Well I do know, I loved the packaging. It was terrible as a lipbalm, all sticky and havily fraganced and drying for the lips but I used it as a “barrier” for henna on my hair when I was colouring them. It worked like a miracle.

Repurchase? No.

2014-11-30 14.30.38

Zisha Menthol Cocktail black tea is an awesome combination of black and mint tea to get you going in the morning.

Repurchase: Discontinued.

Lipton Raspberry white tea another discontinued tea which was pretty awesome. Mild and great flavoured one.

Repurchase: Discontinued.

Frosch dish soap with Aloe Vera is one of the best detergents I’ve tried. Ever. It is quite hand-friendly and it does its job just great.

Repurchase: Done.

So this is a long one, if you managed to read it all down here, nice job.

October favourites

So the end of October means longer nights, shorter days and cold. Cold and fog must be the things I hate. I hate with all of my heart. But on the other side hiding in covers and drinking tea and candles. So many candles that I am afraid I will burn the whole flat down but fingers crossed that it won’t happen anytime soon.

So here we go with some of the best stuff of the month.

2014-11-03 12.48.042014-11-03 12.48.45

Face stuff. Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation is one of the best finds when it comes to foundation. I have never had a foundation that I actually liked but this one is great. Nice coverage, one pump does it for my face since my skin is quite nice and I do not need that much of coverage. I also bought a concealer (same brand and also Healthy Mix ) and they work together great. The second yummy thing is a Lush cleanser named Let the Good Times Roll.  It is sweet smelling yellow playdoh-y cleanser. It smells like fresh baked cookies and cinnamon. It is really comforting washing face with it in the evening. And since it is slightly exfoliating you don’t need to use scrub. Win-win for lazy me.

2014-11-03 12.51.28

(Sorry for the crappy photos, I take them with my phone. )

So next on my list are two eye makeup bits. Sleek palette Arabian Nights is a beautiful collection of eyeshadows which were kinda picked to… well, a collection of highlight and shadowing colours but I find it perfect for everyday use. And I even like the sparkly ones which is usually so not my cup of tea but here… I changed. And the other lovely one is Catrice Glamour Doll mascara. It separates and coats eyelashes and makes them look completely adorable. Since I am quite picky when it comes to mascaras this was one of best finds. Yay!

2014-11-03 12.50.11

Nails, nails, nails. Essence Glow in the Dark top coat is so quirky. I threw out every other top coat and once bought that for fun and never imagined to really wear it. Well I did. And almost got a heart attack when my nails were there, all glow-y in the dark. Next 10 minutes I spent just watching it, such a kid. Kiko Quick Dry nail polish in shade Fire red. I always go for red or green/blue when it comes to nails. Everything else is out of my comfort zone. And this one is like fresh fairytale apple on your nails. Two coats even I manage not to smear. Lovely.

2014-11-03 12.49.35

Tea. Since I’ve been sick last few days of October I was drinking insane amounts of herbal and fruit infusions (not tea, since it is not containing any proper tea) it was a dream come true to make and drink a cup of delicious wild strawberry scented tea. So, yes. Palais des Thes Wild Strawberry black tea.

And I cannot get past one another thing. Lush bath bombs. I’ve been using so many Christmas range ones I will just list them here:

Butterbear – Cocoa butter, skin is soooo nice when you go out of bath. Yum!

Dashing Santa – So fresh, so citrusy and so energising.

The Christmas Penguin – Olive branch ( olive oil and mandarines ) scented and with mountains of bubbles. Bubbles!

Father Christmas – This one is the last for a reason. I need to explain some things before I end this blog. This Snow fairy scented bomb is just amazing. Not only the scent, it is also so… devilishly fun. The red part melts first and then the insides is green and the white part stays and there is green colour coming out of Santa’s eyes. SO AWESOME.

October and this blog now both stop.

You know that awesome and yet biter-sweet feeling when you finish the product? I sure do. Especially if it is a product I love and had a blast using it. I am storing this products in a pretty polka dot box where they (well, at least packaging) lasts a bit longer. So, in first empties post I have 11 products which i finished.

2014-10-25 22.55.30Firstly the “body” section.

Lush-Snow Fairy Shower Gel 2014-10-25 22.56.07Every Lushie will know about this glorious piece of heaven on earth which pays us a visit at a christmas festive season ( or a little bit before that since it is already available at Lush stores, even ours which seem to get the products a bit later than English and American stores). So what makes it so special? The smell. That sweet bubblegum scent makes me want to eat it every time the smell hits my nose. I bought a huge bottle (500ml, biggest you can get) and it lasted me around half a year (well, not using it every single day helped since I have quite a collection of other shower gels).

Repurchase? Hell yes. ( Erm, just bought 500ml bottle today to be honest.)

Lush-The Olive Branch Shower Gel

2014-10-25 22.56.42Might be that I am a little bit obsessed with Lush shower gels. Or with Lush in general. The Olive Branch is a special shower gel. Why? The content separates into two sections. The upper part is olive oil and the bottom is mandarine and vine leaves orange liquid. When you shake it mixes and it makes an unique shower experience. It smells like mandarines and sweet sweet bergamot with a hint of olive oil. And I must admit it brings back some memories of holidays at the seaside when I was little. It leaves skin soft and glowing and it can make every day a bit better. This was a small (100ml) bottle, but…

Repurchase? Yes. ( I have 500ml bottle in my shower already, whoops.)

The Body Shop-Satsuma Body Butter

2014-10-25 22.56.55I am a big fan of fruity smelling things. This one is one of the best smelling body butters I’ve ever smelled. With two things aside we can talk about other stuff. Like how nice this body butter is to use in summer. For winter I need a little heavier butter/cream/lotion/… , but for summer it was perfect. It hydrated skin as it should, no sticky feeling or anything horrible like that. And it left my skin smelling gorgeous for next few hours. This is a small ( 50ml) version, after using up quite a bunch of big (200ml) versions it was over way too soon.

Repurchase? Yes, but to shake things up in some other scents.

Alverde-Deo Lime Sage

2014-10-25 22.59.23Soooo… here is the part where I complain a lot. Me and deo stuff are not a good match. My armpits are really sensitive and that makes it a science to find a deodorant that doesn’t upset my skin. And this one is a saviour when my skin gets really irritated since I use it over my clothes. It has alcohol in it which means it is a big no-no for my skin directly. It smells fresh and zesty and herby and not too pushy I-am-old-witch smell.

Repurchase? I sooo wish I would not need it but… Might do it.

Moving on to face section.

GamARde-Lotion Apaisante Douceur

2014-10-25 22.57.10Tonic. A product I was skipping in my skincare for quite some time. Then my mum gave me this one. And it was used up quite soon. 200ml of face product is a big thing but with this one it did not seem like it. It smells like wild rose and it leaves skin feeling clean and fed. It also has a great bottle, the feel of this glass is so calming when you’re doing a night-time care.

Repurchase? Yes, I did like it but I will try some others as well. Nothing personal, OK?

Primark-Lip Stain Pen

2014-10-25 22.57.51This hot pink lip stain was interesting experience. It lasted me for a month, maybe not even that, but for a price of 1£ I am not expecting miracles. While it lasted it worked fine, the colouration was good but it didn’t help my always chapped lips. Yet it was a fun to play with and it made my sightseeing in London a little bit more colourful.

Repurchase? No, no hydration found.

And hair masks. So many hair masks. My hair is messy and frizzy and a bit curly and all in all it has a mind of its own. No hair mask? My hair looks like Trolli creature. Mask? It looks a little bit better. Little.

Avon-Superfruit Souffle yumberry&yogurt/Shine Mask violet&grapeseed/Superfruit Souffle acai berry&shea oil

2014-10-25 22.58.072014-10-25 22.58.172014-10-25 22.58.28

I am putting these three together since they are quite similar. They make my hair quite soft and leave them smelling for half a day or so, but in that time hair get frizzy as usual. So not great but not bad as well. I have no idea what yumberry is but I think I would eat it (is it eatible?) since it smells like a really sugary strawberry. And yes, fruity smell makes it smell the best. Violet mask has a parfum-like smell which I must admit I wasn’t too keen while having it on my hair but on dried hair it didn’t smell bad. Acai berry has a sweet smell as well ( now that I am smelling them again they all smell sweet and parfumy ) but it had most impact on my hair. They were soft and shiny and good smelling. Not bad. All three are in 125ml packages which lasted for 3-4 uses for mine medium lenght quite thick hair.

Repurchase? Nah, been there, done that.

Lush-Hair Doctor

2014-10-25 22.59.12Hair doctor is a fresh hair mask from Lush.It should stimulate scalp with jojoba and fuller’s earth ( also,  fullers association is beer, just to let you know, Honey Dew and London Pride are good). It comes in 95g package and it made two masks with my thick hair. But I need to say that it didn’t really help me. It smells refreshing and minty, when you put it in your hair is like clay and it tickles scalp a bit. But my hair didn’t get any shinier, any less frizzy and any more well-behaved. I bought it since a guy working in Lush mention they usually don’t even have it in stock and how good the mask was. Well, not my cup of tea.

Repurchase? No.
